overview

Adding New Users

Go to the bottom of the page and click the Invite Member option to invite someone to join your team. You can enter the email address of the user you want to invite by clicking this button.

overview

You can click Remove and then use the Invite Member button to issue them another invitation to join your team.

When a new user accepts an invitation to join your team, they will be asked for their name, company, and other details for their profile.

Good to Know!

Should the user have created a new account instead of accepting your invitation, kindly send an email to support@refonte.ai, and we will assist you in adding them to your team.

It is not possible to add a user to more than one team. It's recommended that users add a + to their email address along with the name of the second team if they require access to multiple Refonte organizations.

For instance, the Refonte account may have joe.schmoe@refonte-ai.com and the second account could have joe.schmoe+second@refonte-ai.com. You may still receive emails as normal because most email providers don't care about anything that comes after the +.

User Roles

Users can be in 1 of 3 roles. These roles are:

Member - Members have the ability to create, amend, and view all tasks that have been submitted.

Manager - Apart from the functionalities available to Members, Managers can oversee team members, obtain API keys for initiating new tasks, and access billing details.

Admin - Only one admin is allowed per team. An administrator oversees every facet of a Refonte account. All team members, projects, and API keys roll up to this admin user on the back end. If you need to change the admin user for any reason, please reach out to support@refonte.ai and we will be happy to assist.

Team Details

In addition to managing your team, you can also change your team name and callback URL under the team details header.

  • Your team name will be used as the prefix as your project names
  • Your callback URL is the default callback URL if the callback_url field is not provided. This is the URL where we will POST the results of your annotations

API Keys

To retrieve your API keys, please navigate to API Keys link found by clicking on the user profile icon in the top right of the page.

Within this page, you can also Add a new key or Delete your existing one.

Refonte.AI offers live and test API keys.

  • The live key is used to send tasks to our labeling team for completion.
  • The test key will not be sent to our labeling team. The purpose of this functionality is to test out our API on our website

We set a refonte-callback-auth HTTP header on each of our callbacks if you would like to authenticate our callbacks. The value on your dashboard will match your Live Callback Auth Key. The callback is not from Refonte if this header is not set or is set wrongly.

Billing

An invoice is sent to our enterprise clients regarding account billing. For further information on invoicing, please get in touch with your Refonte account assistant.

In our billing tab, we show our on-demand customers the total number of tasks finished, the amount accumulated, and the most recent invoices. By selecting the user profile located at the upper right corner of your website, you can modify your payment details through the Teams button.

Integrations

You can configure cloud storage connectors with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform via the customer dashboard.
